Civic election voter turn-out by poll
So I whipped this up tonight. Not great quality, but it looks okay. A few thoughts on voter turn-out:
1) As could be predicted, southwest and west Vancouver generally had a high turn-out, but so did eastern parts of the city.
2) It will take a bit of doing to figure out how turn-out affected specific polls, but right now there isn't a clear conclusion to be drawn from the numbers. Each candidate won ridings with low and high voter turn-out, including in adjacent polls.
I'm going to put together another few maps tomorrow, one based on voter turn-out by party allegiance.

This is a really groovy effort. Good work you political junky you.
That massive Get Out the Vote operation on Commercial Drive boosted turnout there.
Both COPE and Vision focused operations there in separate efforts.
Vision paid 15 canvassers (plus volunteers) to go to every single door with no marks. This is hugely significant.
I saw at least Prov and Fed elected reps mainstreeting during the day.
I haven't crunched the numbers myself, but with 16,000 members, we essentially have a position in which all members have found 1.5 additional non-members to go vote. Having a massive membership in a low-turnout election is pretty helpful.
